Task 9.1. Questionnaire to expand and consolidate the European network of Water laboratories

The Partnership for the Assessment of Risks from Chemicals (PARC) is a European project that involves close to 200 institutions from 28 countries, the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA), the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) and the European Environment Agency (EEA). PARC aims to develop next-generation chemical risk assessment to protect human health and the environment. It supports the European Union's Chemicals Strategy for Sustainability and the European Green Deal's “Zero pollution” ambition with new data, knowledge, methods and tools, expertise, and networks.

In PARC, WP9 “Building infrastructural and human capacities” focuses on promoting the development of existing and new infrastructural and human capacities. Under task 9.1, we are working to create and consolidate the European Network of laboratories, which in this case focuses on water, and for that, we kindly ask you for your collaboration. The questionnaire can be completed by ALL LABORATORIES, including public and private laboratories, with experience in the analysis of water samples participating in PARC and also others outside of PARC interested in being part of the networks.

The laboratory networks created during the PARC project will be maintained, and updated through a section hosted on the PARC website with a link “Join the PARC networks”. Furthermore, all information from the laboratories will be integrated into a dashboard that will be accessible through the PARC website.

Please, complete the questionnaire before 18 July 2025.

If you have any problem or question, do not hesitate to contact us at PARC@isciii.es.
